How do you search Adelaide to Melbourne Airport?
Set Adelaide Airport as pickup and Melbourne Airport as the return point. Do not assume a same-city quote covers an interstate return; check that the quote shows the return location you entered.
How much is the one-way car rental fee?
A one-way fee may apply when the car is returned to a location different from where it started, and Hertz advises the fee at the time of reservation if a different return is permitted. Compare the total payable quote for the exact pickup, return, dates, vehicle and kilometre allowance.
Can you return in Perth, Alice Springs, Sydney or Darwin?
Each destination is a separate long-distance return request, not an extension of an Adelaide-to-Melbourne quote. Enter the exact drop-off branch for Perth, Alice Springs, Sydney or Darwin, then check whether any vehicle is offered for your dates and whether its permitted area and kilometre allowance suit the chosen route. If none appears, change dates or return branch rather than assuming a standing service.
