If the first days are in central Willemstad, compare a taxi or arranged transfer with unused hire days and hotel parking. A plan including Westpunt and several beaches is more likely to use the car daily. Check drive time in both directions, available fuel stops and accommodation parking. The island is not an off-road invitation: a beach access track should be checked against the chosen agreement before entering it.

When flying out early, compare returning at CUR during staffed hours with keeping the car overnight and using an approved after-hours process. Add taxi cost if you return the previous evening.
